3C Negotiations is a company, born out of frustration. Years in corporate business development brought numerous examples of millions of pounds, lost through culturally inappropriate market entry strategies; of conflicts arising when cultural norms were ignored during the selection of personnel; of cultural faux pas during important negotiations, which wiped out months of preparation.
3C Negotiations grew from the humble beginnings of a boutique consultancy, that offered tailor-made solutions to bridge the communication gap, to a network of consultants, spread across four countries.
The expertise of our consultants enabled us to develop the CCMA (cross-cultural management audit) system for checking the cross-cultural "bottle-necks" in the management processes.
